SAFETY BONUS: $50.00
is paid quarterly for attending a safety meeting.
REFERRAL BONUS: Any experienced driver or contractor referred by you that completes 30 days service entitles referring driver to a $800.00 referral bonus
| LOAD / UNLOAD PAY: |
$80.00 flat pay. A driver load / unload is defined as 100% hand touch freight. This would include reloading pallets from big wood to small wood and vice versa. |
| DRIVER ASSIST: |
Pays $40.00 and is defined as anything less than 100% touch freight. Examples would be loading or off-
loading with a pallet jack, shrink-wrap, breakdown, etc. All driver assist is subject to dispatch approval. Counting freight while being loaded or unloaded by a third party or machine does not constitute an assist. |
| TOLLS AND SCALE RECEIPTS: |
Authorized tolls and scale receipts reimbursed. |
| DETENTION PAY: |
Detention at any shipping or receiving facility will be compensated at the rate of $18.00 per hour, after
allowing for 2 hours. |
| STOP OFF PAY: |
$40.00 excluding initial pick-up and final drop. |
| LOCAL WORK: |
Is defined, as the pay for local work within a 50-mile radius of the point of empyting and will be calculated
at $22.00 per hour. (Loads less than 50 miles will be paid
at the hourly rate. Loads over 50 miles pay $100.00
minimum. Excluding fuel surcharge.) |
| LAYOVER / NON-DEDICATED: |
$75.00 for each 24 hour period during which we are unable to provide a load or work assignment. |
| NO NEW YORK CITY: |
If you elect to to to New York City, a premium of $45.00 will be paid. |
| EQUIPMENT & DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS TO LEASE ON |

• Tractor ten years old or newer preferred at time of leasing
• Three axle, sleeper cabs, diesel powered tractors.
• Maximum tractor weeight in 18,500 lbs.
• Paint scheme, lettering, and custom paint must be professional in appearance.
• Must pass Federal D.O.T. and Company inspections.
• PROOF OF PAYMENT OF FEDERAL HIGHWAY USE TAX (FORM 2290).
• FEDERAL I.D. AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
• CURRENT SCALE TICKET EVIDENCING TRACTOR WEIGHT.
• PROOF OF INSURANCE.
• COPY OF BILL OF SALE.
• COPY OF REGISTRATION OR CAB CARD. |
| PLATES, PERMITS, ESCROW, AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS |
| FREE BASE PLATES: |
A.T.S. base plates are provided for contractors at no cost. Contracotrs choosing to run their own base plates
will be reimbursed monthly based on the cost per state and any limits set. Credit will be given toward the
base plate reimbursement on the second week of the month following the month being credited subject to
your lease remaining in an active status. |
| FREE PERMITS: |
Company provided at no cost to the contractor. |
| ESCROW: |
Mandatory $1,000 escrow account deducted @ $100.00 weekly for first 10 (ten) weeks. Additional trucks
require a $500.00 escrow. |
| PHYSICAL DAMAGE: |
Annual charge is 3.72% of tractors stated value; paid weekly. |
| NON TRUCKING INSURANCE: |
$31.00 per month |
| CARGO, PUBLIC LIABILITY: |
No cost. |
| OCC/ACC: |
Required of all contractors. $130.00 per month. |
| QUALCOMM RENTAL: |
$7.00 per week usage and insurance. |
| FUEL TAXES: |
Paid by company if certain conditions are met. Ask recruiter for details. |
| GENERAL INFORMATION |
| MAJOR BREAKDOWNS: |
A short-term lease of company equipment at rates comparable to current market price is available i
in the event of a major mechanical failure with your tractor. (Subject to tractor availability) |
| PASSENGER PROGRAM: |
Eligible riders include spouse, your children eleven years and older. Other immediate family members include parents, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles and significant others. etc. NOTE: There is a 90-day waiting period except for drivers with over 2 years driving experience and good driving record. Contractors-pets allowed. |

48 State authority Primary running areas for SUPER REGIONAL are east of a line drawn from Dallas, TX to Oklahoma City, OK. to Kansas City, KS to Eastern Wisconsin. (other regional runs vary by location. Ask recruiter for details.) |
| TERMINAL LOCATIONS: |
Main terminals located in Jacksonville, FL., Camp Hill, PA., Grand Prairie, TX., with satellite terminals located in Austell, GA., Dayton, OH., Houston and Paris, TX. , Muskogee, OK., Baldwinsville, NY. |
DRIVING
RECORD: All drivers must have a Class “A” C.D.L
with HAZMAT endorsement. Requirements vary by experience.
